The
Challenge
To create a leasing brochure targeted specifically to the
design industry in which the INNOVA building is portrayed as a flexible and
creative space for the potential tenant.
The Solution
A marketing piece which expresses the liveliness and uniqueness
of the INNOVA building. Colors red, black, white and grey were chosen to mirror
the building colors. A sense of energy and movement matching the building dynamics
is achieved by the design of the dividers with various letter forms spelling
INNOVA in changing formats throughout the book.T he unusual window design feature
is highlighted both by the stair step graphic on each tab section and repetition
of the design on the die cut for the back cover pocket.T he book‘s spiral
binding ensures adaptability for revising information and targeting different
markets. |
