The Challenge
To create a brochure showing a group of pediatricians and providing information about their services. A booklet was also needed to answer mothers' many questions about caring for their newborns.
The Solution
Both pieces employ abstract shapes and bright colors taken from shapes painted on walls in the waiting room, hallways and other areas of the clinic. The "newborn booklet" has the same cover design elements as the brochure, but green is used in place of yellow. In the brochure, a photograph of all the doctors, which hangs in the waiting room, was repeated for continuity. Photos of individual doctors are paired with their biographies. A moon-and-stars graphic draws attention to late office hours offered for the convenience of working parents. A map provides easy-to-follow directions to the clinic.
